About us

Who we are

At Neuro Assessment Services, PLLC, we specialize in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation of both adults and older adults.  We provide evidence-based assessments, supported by the latest research in neuroscience and psychology.

With nearly 30 years of combined experience, Drs. Pamela Cook and Kirsten Mitchell are the co-founders of NAS.  Our mission is to work with individuals and families to empower them with knowledge about their cognitive and psychological functioning.

We provide individuals and families with education and support, along with a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses related to their cognitive functioning.  We use the assessment findings to collaborate with the referring provider to ensure that the individual’s care is optimized, and that interventions and recommendations guide appropriate treatment.
